Today’s featured session is from Madeline Baete of Mad. B Photography
I am in love with this session! I saw it in my Facebook feed and asked Madeline to submit it!
Here is what Madeline had to say about this session:
For this shoot, I really wanted to showcase what back to school is all about, having fun with friends! We decided to shoot out near the football field, and I love the light we were able to capture. I had each of the girls put together an outfit that to them represented going back to school, and I think they all nailed it! I wanted to really show off how the girls would look for an average day of a school. So we just kept hair and makeup natural and let them do it themselves. Nothing more authentic than the real deal, and their beautiful, fresh faces!
The gear used:
I shoot with a Canon 60D, with a 50mm 1.2 lens. I shot natural light. I have been really into playing more with light lately, so for a few of our shots I used fractal filters to really get some cool effects.
What inspired this session?
Back to school, graphic tee’s, converse, and school busses. Just the feel of heading back to school after the summer to have fun with friends.
Be sure to check out Madeline’s website and follow her on Facebook and Instagram too!
